He graduated from the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I. Repin in 1978 under classes of Prof. V. Oreshnikov.
Since 1983 he is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Since 1990 he is a member of the Art Association "Lavr Art Centre".
Since 1978 he took part in more than 200 art projects, exhibitions and art auctions.
